About the Owner
Rachael Brown, the owner of The Dog's Grooming Barn, has worked around animals her entire life. She discovered her passion for animals when she was younger working with horses. After 15 years in the horse world, she decided to explore working with dog grooming. Ever since she was ten years old, Rachael has dreamed about starting her own business. She is completing her bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

The most significant goals at Rachael's salon are the cleanliness of her facility and the comfort of the pets in her care. Every dog deserves to be in a clean and healthy environment. The Dog's Grooming Barn cleans regularly and thoroughly to ensure the comfort of your pets. "We will treat your dog the way we treat our own."

Rachael has two dogs of her own at home named Riley and Laney. They are both rescue dogs. They have been a huge inspiration for this company and its celebration of rescued dogs. Riley's mother was a stray in Tennessee and had her puppies within a day of the rescue's protection. Laney was found at a kill shelter in a cardboard box in Aruba. All dogs deserve a chance at life, and Rachael believes rescuing is a great way to find a companion.
